Prime Play training aims to deliver the most comprehensive skill set training by evaluating and testing each operator on the skills necessary for operation. Operators who demonstrate competence in skills, knowledge of all policies and procedures, and pass written and practical tests will be awarded an operator certificate.
Operator trainees will first experience the attraction as a guest would for the first time. Our goal is for all trainees to have that “new” experience while also allowing time to become comfortable with the safety equipment and features. Once trainees have had time to become acquainted with the attraction, the Prime Play certified Operator Trainer will cover all the necessary topics and information contained in a detailed manual.
